LAKE HIGHLANDS REPUBLICAN WOMEN

The Lake Highlands Republican Women’s Club of Dallas, Texas was formed in December of 1980. Since its inception the Club mirrored the general trends of the Republican Party of the State. The Republican party has progressed from a minority party with few elected officials to a majority party with many elected officials. The Lake Highlands Republican Women’s Club has contributed significantly to this trend by contributing thousands of hours to local and state campaigns and even supplying candidates for office. These candidates have been members themselves as well as members’ husbands.
